SHIPPING TIMES

While most orders will be unaffected, due to nationwide online shopping volume increases, please expect possible carrier delays.
During very busy times including sales events & holiday shopping times, shipping times may be longer, thank you for your patience & understanding!

  • Changes or cancellations may not be made once orders are submitted
  • Most orders ship from our Burlington, Vermont warehouse. Some of our orders ship from multiple locations and will arrive in separate shipments

HOW DO YOU SHIP?
We ship most orders the Lowest Cost method via SurePost®, an economy ground shipping service offered through United Parcel Service and the US Postal Service. It combines the speed and reliability of UPS with convenient final delivery by the USPS.

  • To receive your package via SurePost®, you must provide your physical address, not just a PO Box

IS EXPEDITED SHIPPING AVAILABLE?
Yes! We can ship via 2 business days or next business day. Expedited orders must be placed and confirmed by 2pm EST to ship the day order is placed; orders placed after 2pm will ship on the next business day.

WHERE DO YOU SHIP?

  • We ship to US addresses including Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico
  • We also ship to Canada from our Canadian website
  • We do not ship internationally
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable
