Most orders ship within 72 business hours of being placed.
During busy sale and holiday shopping events, shipping times may take longer. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

  • Changes or cancellations may not be made once orders are submitted
  • Most orders ship from our Burlington, Vermont warehouse. Some of our orders ship from multiple locations and will arrive in separate shipments

HOW DO YOU SHIP?

Our preferred carrier is UPS. See chart below for options. Orders to Alaska and Hawaii ship via USPS or UPS.

  • For UPS box delivery (excludes POB delivery via USPS), use BOX: followed by number on address line 2 at checkout.

IS EXPEDITED SHIPPING AVAILABLE?

Yes! We can ship via 2 business days or next business day. Expedited orders must be placed and confirmed by 2pm EST to ship the day order is placed; orders placed after 2pm will ship on the next business day. Expedited shipping is business days only, excluding delivery on weekends and holidays.

WHERE DO YOU SHIP?

  • We ship to US addresses including Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico
  • We also ship to Canada from our Canadian website
  • We do not ship internationally
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable
