Lovely dress
I am so happy with this dress. I'm not looking for a fitted look so I don't plan to use the belt and I like the way it falls. I have purchased clothing from April Cornell as far back as 25 years ago and appreciate their attention to tailoring, fit and detail. I have soft flowy pants from 20 years ago that still wear well! I was able to wear them at the beginning of my pregnancy back then and then again after our daughter was born. Believe it or not she wore these same pants herself as a teenager. I appreciate more then ever purchasing clothing that holds up to the test of time and even casual pieces have a sense of elegance. My own mother purchased matching dresses for two of my daughters when they were 3 and 7 years old. It remains a fond memory of the 4 of us shopping together. These little girl dresses have since been passed down to my own granddaughters.
