Charming Dress - Blue

I agree with the other review -there needs to be more ease in the arm opening. I chose my regular April size and it's quite snug in the arms. I would have exchanged it, but I had washed before wearing. Otherwise it is a beautiful dress.

This blue floral cotton dress is just dreamy for spring and summer. Unfortunately I had to send my size xl back for a xxl, and that one didn’t work as well (3 stars). If you’re busty, I would not recommend this style unless you have the opportunity to try on in one of their stores, because the empire seam ran across my bust line in both sizes. I would have loved for it to work, as it is a lovely blue print dress..

There seems to be more fabric in comparison to the photo. Was able to modify and now loving this dress.

My measurements are: 33.5”, 27, 36 and I purchased a size XS. The dress is beautiful, but lightweight and transparent, so you’ll need to wear a slip. I’d prefer the dress be made of thicker cotton to avoid the transparency nature, but overall the cotton is beautiful and good quality. The weird thing is the armpit hole size. It’s so tiny and I already size up for extra comfort, so I would hate to have to size two sizes up just so my arms are comfortable although I really think the pattern should have been easily reworked to account for this flaw. Do you need product testers?! I’ll volunteer! Other than that, I love it and I will keep it as it’s already sold out in size S.
